Unseen

We have had some lovely weather in the UK this week. Glorious sunshine accompanied by a soft breeze, made it bitter sweet being stuck at home. It has allowed us at least to play out in the garden more than we normally would, so it is a blessing indeed.

Yesterday, as I was praying in my bedroom, I noticed some stormy clouds gathering above our house. I noticed the trees swaying in the wind and I thought about how I could tell that it was windy outside; even though I can’t see the actual wind, I can see the effect of it by the movement of the branches and the leaves.

I thought about the effects of another unseen force. A little virus that has caused a whole world to shut down. Nobody can see this invisible bandit that has infiltrated our world, but we’re all experiencing the effects of it. Physically. Emotionally. Financially. Practically.

Something to small to bee seen with the eye, and yet is has an incredible impact with repercussions we haven’t even considered yet.

As I pondered this, I heard the voice of the Lord speak straight to my heart:

Beloved,

You cannot see the power of the words you speak. Yet, it carries life or death. (Proverbs 18:21)

You cannot physically see the Word when you declare it. Yet, I watch over my Word to perform it. (Jeremiah 1:12)

You may not be able to see the power released through my Word. Yet, it is alive and active. (Hebrews 4:12)

Not one of my Words will fall by the wayside or drop to the ground. (1 Samuel 3:19)

It accomplishes ALL that it is sent for. (Isaiah 55:11)

Greater is the power in my Word than the power of the unseen enemy in this world. (1 John 4:4)

Release my Words.

Speak my Word.

It shall be done.

The Spirit of the Lord.

Today, I pray that every child of God will be awakened to the power that is at work within them: the Love of the Father, the Word made flesh and the life producing power of the Spirit. May we all stand, firmly rooted and grounded in the truth that we are loved by the Creator of Heaven and Earth. That we are created in His likeness and because of our relationship to Him, we are given authority over all the power of the enemy.

This is my prayer for you!

This is my prayer for me too.

Let’s raise a mighty roar that echo the shout of our mighty Saviour: “It is finished!”

May the world see the effect of the unseen force released through the mouths of the children of God.

For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.”
Romans 8:19 NIV

HeartPrint:

Today, I hear the Father whisper: “Glorious Child. This is not a time to shrink back in despair or fear. Don’t allow your heart to be distracted by the cares of this world. Rise up in your true identity and in the power that I have bestowed upon you. You we built for this: to be effective and not affected. To impact the world around you with Life, Hope and Peace. Release the Faith inside of you. Just a mustard seed will do. The Kingdom of Heaven is backing you!” ❤
